Using this website

Our journalism is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links freely; you may not republish full articles without written permission. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Content you submit

When you submit content (such as a job posting, comment, tip, or enquiry), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive licence to review, publish, and display it on the Service. We review submissions before publishing and may edit or decline any submission at our discretion. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.

Membership & payments

• Some features (“Pro”) require a paid membership. Prices are shown on the Pro page and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). By subscribing you authorise the applicable charges.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Referral program

You may share your personal referral link to invite others. Rewards are granted at our discretion for genuine sign-ups; self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, or other abuse will void rewards and may lead to account suspension.

Events and passes

Event registrations are subject to the specific event's terms. Digital passes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Where payment applies, entry is confirmed only once payment is verified.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to ensure accuracy and correct errors promptly (see our Corrections policy). Content is provided “as is” and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice. Company and funding data is compiled from public sources and provided for information only.

Intellectual property

All articles, images and original content are the property of this publication or used with permission. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or reliance on its content.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
